Due to Covid19, packages may take longer than usual to arrive to you. I cannot guarantee shipping times. Once the package leaves my hands, I no longer have control over it. I do not offer shipping on flat items such as prints and stickers UNLESS you have purchased it with a bulkier item such as a pin. Please do not contact me asking for shipping about prints/stickers because I won’t know where it is.
To limit my exposure during Covid-19, I package orders throughout the week and then deliver them to the post office every Friday. If for some reason your order will be delayed, I will send you a message informing you of an estimated time of when your order will be shipped.
The USPS is currently experiencing a lot of delays. Please allow up to 4 weeks within the US, 6 weeks for Canada and 8 weeks for international shipping for your package to arrive to you. Thank you for your patience!
I ship out from the US and all packages will be fulfilled through the USPS. All flat mail is sent as regular letter mail to save on shipping costs. All small packages/parcels will be sent in bubble mailers. Packages/parcels shipped in the US will automatically receive tracking numbers in their email once their package has been processed.
If your order requires urgency or special requests (birthday, event, etc), please let me know and I will accommodate your request if possible. I do not have expedited shipping available at this time so please plan ahead with your purchases accordingly to allow for enough time for delivery. I cannot guarantee that your request will be possible due to time constraints on my end.
If your order contains a pre-order item, all non pre-order items in your order will be sent with your pre-ordered item once they are completed. If you would like your non pre-order items to be sent before then, please purchase them separately.
I try to be as accurate and honest as possible when filling out customs forms. Lying about value is a serious offense and puts store-owners at risks of fines, or worse. Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order. I will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.
I do not currently accept returns.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please include a description and pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org . Sometimes there are easy fixes for minor things like bent pin backs, which I can help instruct you to fix. If your purchase is damaged beyond use, I will happily try sending your purchase again to replace it. Please keep in mind that I can only offer this replacement once.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the shipping confirmation is sent. Once that confirmation is sent, I will not cancel your order.
